If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet your expectations, no worries — we’ll fix it fast. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever you prefer.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll offer one of the following — depending on what works best for you:

• A replacement of the same product (freshly roasted and shipped)

• A refund to your original payment method

• A store credit for your next order

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Subscription Orders

For Cuppers Coffee subscriptions, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect subscription shipment, we’ll gladly replace or refund that delivery — no questions asked.
